FLEXICROP LAYFLAT HOSE
CCH’s in-house layflat irrigation hose is constructed to provide excellent resistance to abrasion and intensive use. Highly resistant to oil, gasoline and a wide range of chemicals and very resistant to contact and radiant heat, it is a light and flexible hose even at low temperatures (-15ºC).
Easy to handle and roll up, Flexicrop is highly resistant to breakage and requires no maintenance or drying.
Supplied in any cut length up to 200 metres, CCH Hose can fit Flexicrop with specialist fittings from Bauer, Wright Rain, Storz and more.
SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Interior and exterior layer: Specially-formulated in black nitrile rubber and extruded through the circular fabric, its smooth interior wall keeps flow loss to an absolute minimum. Outer grooves improve resistance to abrasion.
Reinforced middle textile: Circular weaved outer layer made from high tenacity polyester thread. No defects (broken threads, knots, etc.).
